【摘要】:ThespecificationsofthesectionsofIEC1334-4applytothecommunicationthroughtheso-calleddistributionlinecarriertechnology(DLC)onbothlowandmediumvoltagedistributionnetworks.Theapplicationrangebasedontelecommunicationprocessesiswideandcannotbedescribedexhaustivelyinthissection;applicationexamplesare:controlandmonitoringofthedistributionnetwork,orderbroadcast,controlofuserinterfaces,publiclighting,trafficlightssupervision,automaticmeterreading,etc.ThissectionofIEC1334-4describestherulesusedtodesignanapplicationserviceelement,theISOconnectionlessACSE,andtheDLMSApplicationServiceElement.Extensionstoothercommunicationmediaarealsoallowed.ThemappingoftheDLMSservicesisbasedonthethree-layerstack.Futureextensionstostacksofmorethanthreelayersarepossibleandmayusetherulesdescribedinthissection.Insuchacase,theDLMSinterfacewiththeunderlyinglayersshouldberemappedtothenewone:thespecificationofthemappingcriteriawillbedealtwithincorrespondingappendices,inrespectoftherulesdefinedinthissection.
