【摘要】:ThisPart3ofthestandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheoverallfunctionalityandengineeringservicestoachievebuildingautomationandcontrolsystems.Itdefinesterms,whichshallbeusedforspecificationsanditgivesguidelinesforthefunctionaldocumentationofproject/applicationspecificsystems.Itprovidesasampletemplatefordocumentationofplant/applicationspecificfunctions,calledBACSpointslistinannexA.Theinformativefunctionblockexamplesexplainamethodtodisplaythereferencedfunctionsinsystemdocumentation;theydonotstandardizethemethodforprogrammingfunctionsandapplications.Thispartofthestandardcoversthefollowing:RequirementsanddefinitionsregardingBACSandapplicationsoftware,genericfunctionsforplant/projectspecificapplicationsandengineeringfunctionsforbuildingcontrolsandoperations.Itprovidescommunicationfunctionsfortheintegrationofotherdedicatedspecialsystemprocesses.Thefunctionalrequirementsinthispartofthestandardaresubdividedasfollows:?Systemmanagementandapplicationsoftware:describestherequirementsforplantindependentsystemsandhumansysteminterfaceprogramsrelatedtoaproject,includingtheoperatingsystem.Thisstandarddoesnotdedicatethefollowingsystemfunctionalitytoanyparticularhardware,e.g.:?systemdiagnostics,watchdog,redundancy,timekeeping,accesscontrol,loglists;?pointidentification,eventmessagehandling,printcontrol;?database,statistics,dataarchiving,remoteaccess;?systemcommunications.?Humansysteminterface(HSI),pointinformationpresentation,graphics,alarms,timescheduling.?Engineeringprocessandtoolsoftware:describestherequirementsforconfiguringofthehardwareandcontrolstrategies,thesystemmanagementandthecommissioningprocess.?BACSapplicationprocessingprogramsandplant/applicationspecificfunctions:describestherequirementsforplant,applicationand/orprojectspecificfunctionsandamethodforthedocumentationofaproject.Thefunctionsaresubdividedintothefollowingtypes:?inputandoutputfunctions,physicalandshared;?processingfunctions(e.g.formonitoring,interlocks,controlandoptimization);?managementfunctions(systemprograms),andrequiredcommunications;?operatorfunctions.ThisPart3definesamethodforspecifyingtheprocurementspecificationscontainingallessentialelementsrequiredfortheoperationalfunctioningofaBACS.ThesuccessfulinstallationandoperationofaBACSrequiresthatitsprocurementbebasedonacompleteandaccuratefunctionalspecification.Thestandardprovidesatemplatecalledthe‘BACSpointslist’thatcanbefoundinannexA(normative).Itspurposeistodetermineanddocumenttheoptionsforplant/applicationspecificfunctionalitybasedontheplant/controlschematic.Furtherexplanationscanbegiveninformofplant/controldescriptionsandcontrolflowchartdiagrams.ExamplesaregiveninannexB(informative).Theexactspecificationswillbeproject-specific.Informationaboutthestandardizedfunctionsisgivenintheformofinformativeexamplesasfunction-blocks,textual,andgraphicaldescriptionsin5.5.Itisrecognized,thatfunctionscanbedescribedandimplementedinmanydifferentways,dependingon:?climaticdifferences;?culturalandregionaldifferences;?nationalregulations.
