【摘要】:IEC/TS60815-1,whichisatechnicalspecification,isapplicabletotheselectionofinsulators,andthedeterminationoftheirrelevantdimensions,tobeusedinhigh-voltagesystemswithrespecttopollution.Forthepurposesofthistechnicalspecification,theinsulatorsaredividedintothefollowingbroadcategories,eachdealtwithinaspecificpartasfollows:-IEC/TS60815-2-Ceramicandglassinsulatorsfora.c.systems;-IEC/TS60815-3-Polymericinsulatorsfora.c.systems;-IEC/TS60815-4-equivalentto60815-2ford.c.systems1;-IEC/TS60815-5-equivalentto60815-3ford.c.systems1.ThispartofIEC60815givesgeneraldefinitions,methodsfortheevaluationofpollutionsiteseverity(SPS)andoutlinestheprinciplestoarriveataninformedjudgementontheprobablebehaviourofagiveninsulatorincertainpollutionenvironments.Thistechnicalspecificationisgenerallyapplicabletoalltypesofexternalinsulation,includinginsulationformingpartofotherapparatus.Theterm"insulator"isusedhereaftertorefertoanytypeofinsulator.CIGREC4documents[1],[2],[3]2,formausefulcomplementtothistechnicalspecificationforthosewishingtostudyingreaterdepththeperformanceofinsulatorsunderpollution.Thistechnicalspecificationdoesnotdealwiththeeffectsofsnow,iceoraltitudeonpollutedinsulators.AlthoughthissubjectisdealtwithbyCIGRE[1],[4],currentknowledgeisverylimitedandpracticeistoodiverse.Theobjectofthistechnicalspecificationisto~understandandidentifyparametersofthesystem,application,equipmentandsiteinfluencingthepollutionbehaviourofinsulators,~understandandchoosetheappropriateapproachtothedesignandselectionoftheinsulatorsolution,basedonavailabledata,timeandresources,~characterizethetypeofpollutionatasiteanddeterminethesitepollutionseverity(SPS),~determinethereferenceunifiedspecificcreepagedistance(USCD)fromtheSPS,~determinethecorrectionstothe=reference"USCDtotakeintoaccountthespecificproperties(notablyinsulatorprofile)ofthe"candidate"insulatorsforthesite,applicationandsystemtype,~determinetherelativeadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthepossiblesolutions,~assesstheneedandmeritsof"hybrid"solutionsorpalliativemeasures,~ifrequired,determinetheappropriatetestmethodsandparameterstoverifytheperformanceoftheselectedinsulators.
